How do I determine the right size for cycling jerseys and bib shorts?
Cycling apparel is designed for an aerodynamic, 'pro-fit' feel. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit or staying with your measured size for a race-tight fit.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and have not been worn during a ride. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles cannot be returned once opened.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders within the EU typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipments may take 7-14 days.
How should I care for my high-end cycling technical fabrics?
To preserve the technical properties of the fabric, we recommend machine washing at 30°C (86°F) using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and tumble drying, as these can damage the fibers and reduce the lifespan of the garment.
